Researchers at the University of Maryland Mecial Center have reported that laughter is good for your heart -- that it produces chemicals that protect the body from blood clots.

The study's head, Dr. Michael Miller, says that now in addition to getting in 3 15-minute periods of excercise every week, you need 15 minutes of laughter EVERY DAY.

If you think that is going to pose a problem, you may not have heard of the new laughter coaches who teach laughter exercises. Having tested their methods in hospitals and seniors homes, these coaches are now available to teach you a morning laughter routine.

You can do a Google search to find a local laughter coach. My personal favorite is Virginie.

And a nice resource is for substantive laughes is lawhaha.com for legal humour.
